- Labour complement consists of local as well as migrant labour. It is worth to mention that 30% of the labour are ladies.
- We are having labour quarters to house all the migrant labour. R.O treated drinking water is being supplied at the Mills for drinking purpose.
- The Mills provide employment directly to 700 and another 50 to 100 people indirectly.
- Uniform is being provided to all Service personnel. Mills’ employed Security Guards are kept 24*7 to keep a tab on the security of Mill properties.
